World’s Fair Park
The World’s Fair Park was once the site of the 1982 World’s Fair hosted in Knoxville. The park features the Sunsphere, that was built for the 1982 fair. The Sunsphere is an observation deck where visitors can see a 360-degree view of the downtown area, the Tennessee River, the Smoky Mountains, and the University of Tennessee. World’s Fair Park is a public park and is also home to the Tennessee Amphitheater. From beautiful flowers to streams and waterfalls, the park offers natural beauty and miles of lawn. Market Square
Located in downtown Knoxville is Market Square. Local restaurants, like the Frothy Monkey Coffee Shop, can be found in Market Square.
